YOUNG NIGERIANS PARTY (YNP).
THE PROTAGONISM OF THE SMEs.
OUR PROPOSALS:

1. WE WILL SET UP A FRAMEWORK PLAN FOR SMES AND NEW ENTREPRENEURS
- We will establish a General Statute of the SME, to facilitate its creation, development and dynamism in the generation of employment, as well as its flexibility to adapt to the new environment, improving its management and its international projection, which will also contemplate the special circumstances of the self-employed .
- We will improve the tax treatment of SMEs in Corporate Tax.
- We will adapt the fiscal calendar to the characteristics of SMEs.
- We will approve, in collaboration with the different public administrations involved, a procedure elimination plan
bureaucratic.

2. PROMOTION OF THE SME AS A KEY PIECE OF INDUSTRIAL.
- We will intensify the financial instruments to support the creation and consolidation of SMEs:
We will strengthen the guarantee system, promoting the ability of the Guarantee Companies to act Reciprocal. We will strengthen the network of endorsements and rewards.
We will promote the financing of projects with a long-term horizon through participative loans, promoting that the risk is evaluated based on the viability of the project and the qualification of the promoters.
We will promote the investment of capital companies risk in new companies and the adequacy of costs of project management to the characteristics of these.
We will promote the expansion of venture capital activity towards smaller investors. We will promote an adequate legal framework that encourages the active collaboration of entrepreneurs and investors in these projects.
We will encourage the creation of informal venture capital networks.
We will promote the Asset Securitization Funds of loans granted to companies.
We will improve access to community financing through the CBN of Inversiones to increase financial support for debugging and technology companies advanced
- We will promote the dissemination of updated information on the different public support instruments for the creation and consolidation of SMEs, as well as advice to entrepreneurs and innovators to facilitate the development of their projects.
- We will promote the expansion of the network of advice points and initiation of the procedure to favor the creation
telematics of companies.
- We will create an SME employment portal in which people and companies will obtain information, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, on job offers and training, and demand for personnel, throughout Nigeria and in the ECOWAS. The portal will have specialized support and advice from employment offices, which will have consultation terminals.

3. ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT AND INNOVATION
- We will strengthen the entrepreneurial spirit in the educational system and the expansion of the culture of innovation, especially in middle education.
- We will support the competitiveness of companies, promoting the
creation of new technology-based companies, and support for the entrepreneur since the creation of the business idea until it becomes a viable company.
- We will promote cooperation and interrelation between SMEs and research centers, through actions that favor the
knowledge transfer. We will promote the development of new innovation management services, the incorporation of resources human resources for R & D & I and the development of strategic R & D + i units in companies.
- We will look for lines of integration of business activity in the university to achieve a true applied research.

4. ADMINISTRATIVE SIMPLIFICATION
- We will promote the simplification of bureaucratic procedures and administrative burdens to initiate and develop the activity of the SMEs, through a simple and practical regulation with clear objectives.
We will expedite the processing of administrative liquidations.

- We will promote the implementation of electronic administration to streamline the electronic communication of the administration with the SME,
expanding the use of online forms.
- We will encourage that in the process of elaboration of normative initiatives and in the revision of existing regulations, the impact of the implementation of these will be explicitly considered for SMEs.
- We will modify the framework for the transfer of companies to make it more agile and transparent, making available to the
interested the necessary administrative information.
- We will promote that the guarantees in the bids, competitions and aid of the public administrations are adapted to the characteristics of the SMEs, speeding up the procedures of concession and
return.
- We will promote the consideration of its impact on SMEs in the preparation of standards.

5. ENTREPRENEURIAL WOMEN
- We will promote self-employment, the generation of business projects and the access of women to financial instruments that support the creation and development of SMEs.
- We will strengthen entrepreneurial entrepreneurial training.
- We will provide technical assistance to new projects launched by women entrepreneurs.

6. MODERNIZATION AND ELECTRONIC COMMERCE
- Within the current legal framework, the development of electronic commerce will be favored through measures to promote the use of the Internet as a vehicle for trade between companies and with particular.

7. INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

8. INTERNATIONALIZATION
- We will strengthen the Nigerian brand to increase and improve the level of
internationalization of our SMEs, promoting the association of the evolution of our growth and competitiveness to the quality of their products.
- We will promote training and information for entrepreneurs on foreign markets, to promote competitiveness abroad.
- We will facilitate training in foreign languages ​​for SMEs.

9. A MORE FAVORABLE FRAMEWORK FOR THE AUTONOMOUS
In addition to applying the advantages and incentives of policies aimed at SMEs and new entrepreneurs, and in particular the General Statute of SMEs, we will promote the following measures:
- We will ensure the representation of self-employed workers in the Economic and Social Council.
- We will create a Mixed Commission composed of members of the most representative organizations of the self-employed, that allows an effective and fluid interlocution.
- We will extend to the self-employed workers the currently existing bonus for employed workers, by joining after their motherhood, also adopting measures of
social protection for maternity situations.
- We will favor the reconciliation of family and work life of the autonomous.
- We will simplify the procedures for starting the activity for workers to autonomous.
- We will establish new incentives for the activity of self-employed workers.
- We will establish bonuses in Social Security contributions to promote youth employment, especially in the regime of autonomous by the creation of their own business or professional activity.
- We will launch specific training programs in the use of new technologies for self-employed workers.
- We will approve specific initiatives that allow self-employed workers to incorporate new technologies in all their
activities and in the provision of its services.
- We will approve modernization programs for small businesses that favor their modernization and improve their competitiveness.
- We will implement and generalize the electronic administration to guarantee the telematic communication of the autonomous workers with the administration.
